1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in its original condition and include all accessories, manuals, or promotional items (if applicable).
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) and photo/video evidence of the item’s condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Personal care products or supplements (unless damaged/defective on arrival)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear images/videos showing the condition of the product.
- Our support team will guide you through the return approval process.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your original method of payment.
Note: For online payments, the refund will be made to your original payment account (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Visa/MasterCard). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide a mobile wallet number or bank account for the refund.
5. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the current item and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before the product is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under the terms above.
